What is an LCSW?

LCSW stands for Licensed clinical social worker, which means I have a master's degree in social work and have completed additional requirements since graduating, including two years of supervision and training in providing mental health assessments. Most importantly, it means that I practice using a code of ethics that guides me to provide confidential, professional therapy services where client's needs are prioritized.

How long does each therapy session take?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes, once a week. Sometimes more or less often depending on the client's needs.

How much does it cost?

Initial session is $180/60 minutes

Follow up sessions $160/55 minutes

If you have insurance, you will pay your copay and I will bill your insurance per session.

Sliding scale is offered on individual basis, call to inquire.

What's your cancellation policy?

*All cancellations and/or no shows require a 24-hour notice. If less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee of $70 is assessed. There are of course exceptions for emergencies.
